What version of Minecraft do I need to join? +

ClipFFA runs PaperMC 1.21.11+ and supports the latest Minecraft releases. We recommend using 1.21.11 or newer for the best experience, but we also support most recent versions through ViaVersion.

How do I report a cheater? +

Use /report <player> <reason> in-game for instant anticheat flagging, or post evidence, clips preferred, in the #report channel on our Discord. Every report is reviewed manually by staff within 24 hours, usually much faster.

Can I apply for staff? +

Yes, whenever we are recruiting, applications open in the #announcements channel on Discord. We typically look for active players with a clean record, good communication skills, and genuine community involvement. We do not accept DM applications. Ever.

My purchase did not arrive. What do I do? +

Store purchases are usually delivered within 5 minutes. If it has been longer, open a ticket in the #support channel on Discord with your Minecraft username and Transaction ID from your email receipt. Our store support team handles most tickets within an hour during EU hours.
